Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
