How do I know which light bulb is compatible with my fixture?
Each product page includes a 'Specifications' section listing the required base type (e.g., E26, G9) and maximum wattage. We recommend using LED bulbs for energy efficiency and longevity.
What is your shipping policy for fragile glass fixtures?
We use specialized double-walled packaging and reinforced padding for all glass components. Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental US.
What happens if my light fixture arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packaging, accidents can happen. If your item arrives broken, please contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage for a free replacement.
Do your outdoor lights come with a weather-resistance rating?
Yes, all outdoor fixtures are marked with an IP (Ingress Protection) rating. Look for 'Wet Rated' for areas exposed to direct rain and 'Damp Rated' for covered porches or bathrooms.
Can I return a fixture if it doesn't match my home decor?
We offer a 30-day return policy for uninstalled items in their original packaging. Please note that installed fixtures or those with cut wires cannot be returned.
Are your lighting products dimmable?
Most of our chandeliers and pendants are dimmable if used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a wall dimmer switch. Integrated LED fixtures will specify dimming compatibility in the description.
